Philippine television has gotten worse. Or worst I must say! The alledged number one tv network here has released a tip about having a remake of Twilight! I’m not talking about any ordinary movie or tv show here, hello television viewers! Filipino Twilight??!!Are you kidding me?! What an insane and hideous idea! Even if I didn’t like the movie, well hello, i worship Rob Pattinson and the saga! I don’t friggin care about their so called all-star cast here nor the $1 billion worth of rights, I’m talking about originality! I’m talking about the about-to-be-done murder of TWILIGHT! And oh, it doesn’t stop there by the way…The same network will also make their own version of GOSSIP GIRL! What the efffffff!!!!! Even if my local celebrity crush will play as Dan Humphrey aka Lonely Boy, I would certainly not watch it! God, have mercy!

Well, as you may know, the Stephanie Meyer fever seemed to have plagued the whole country. Since Twilight became a hit a few months ago, buying of other Meyer books became totally impossible! Guess what, National Bookstore ran out of copies since 2 or 3 weeks ago. And yeah, if you wanna have the complete saga you have to pre-order them now.
So yeah, the movie is in the cinemas now since last week. My friends and I actually got the chance to see it. Damn yeah, I was disappointed. I mean, I know the movie wouldn’t be as great as the book but gosh! How could they cut so many lines!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The movie became very fast-paced which made it even worse. The most beautiful lines weren’t in it. Edward didn’t even get to say I love you there!!
I really really am hoping that the movie for New Moon wouldn’t be as bad as the first one. God bless the moviemakers!
